I'm in that stage between all the finish of all the major assignments and final exams. So I can sorta kick back but at the same time I gotta start studying. Boo...It's insane how fast the school term went by. We were all so busy, but it feels like we just started...
As we get older, the faster the terms go by. Soon I'll be graduated (this coming April).
God... it's so crazy.

The best thing about my seminar on Asian vs. North American Diets with respect to Heart Disease (something I was very nervous about) was that people asked me for the recipe for my tofu dish that I served.Here it is:
- Cut your tofu (firm) into bite sized cubes (or larger if you like)
- Arrange on a microwaveable plate
- Pour soy sauce on top (President's Choice brand is a little salty! But it's all I have on me), enough so that it colours the surface of the tofu and the plate
- If you have it, add a splash of sesame oil - if you don't, just a bit of water is fine (But sesame oil tastes better)
- Grate fresh ginger on top, just enough so that a few pieces touch each tofu
- If you have it (lucky you!), add some finely chopped green onions
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes
It works just as well with egg tofu, which I've only ever seen in Chinese grocery stores. Serve with rice and veggies!
Anyways, the seminar turned out just fine. Phew...

Away from school. Away from work. Away from studying. Away from snow and cold... Away from iffiness with roommates. Away from conflict and worry.
Hmm.... closest I'll ever get to getting away is a nap... Think it's time for one now...

A friend was recently bragging to me about how him and his girlfriend never fight. They've only been together a few months now.
I think that's cool, but of course in the beginning, everything is great - refer to Musiq's "Newness":

Me and RGuy never fought until we'd been together like 6 months. We rarely fight, maybe we've only had about three major ones. I think realistically... fights are healthy for a relationship. Things are more than superficial... disagreements happen.

Sorry for the lack of updates - our apartment went through a short internet drought.Things are good.
Assignments are well on their way to being done.
RGuy and I are making plans to go out for dinner this coming weekend to celebrate 10 months together - my how time flies!
I got a new pair of mary-jane shoes - they're adorable - I love them.
I really feel like partying!
